WaterstofNet VZW is a growing non-profit organisation, active in hydrogen in Belgium and The Netherlands. The mission of WaterstofNet is to develop, coordinate and communicate projects and roadmaps on hydrogen as a sustainable energy carrier with the focus on zero emission transport and energy storage. Key to the activities of WaterstofNet is development of hydrogen activities in direct cooperation with major regional industrial players, governmental authorities and in line with European ambitions and programmes. WaterstofNet started in July 2009 and is steered by a board with representatives from industry as well as from Flemish and Dutch government.

Hydrogen fuelling station (350 bar, on-site electrolyses) at Colruyt (near Brussels) for demonstration of forklifts on hydrogen
Hydrogen fuelling station (350 and 700 bar, on-site electrolyses) at an automotive campus in Helmond (near Eindhoven) for demonstration of hydrogen buses, cars and garbage trucks
Coordination of an education programme on hydrogen at university level
- WaterstofNet is the owner of hydrogen fuelling stations in Halle (Brussels) and Helmond (Eindhoven), both being used by passenger cars.
